Gindling Ropes Courses and Adventures

Fulcrum’s Hilltop retreat center and ropes course is located on a bluff 800 feet above Camp Hess Kramer and the Pacific coast and boasts spectacular views of the ocean, Channel Islands and surrounding Santa Monica Mountains. This beautiful facility hosts a full service kitchen and dining hall, along with cabin and hotel-style lodgings.  Various trails along the coastal ridge and side slopes provide astonishing scenery for morning, afternoon and night hikes.  Gindling also features a large recreational field, arts and crafts, an Olympic sized swimming pool and basketball courts. 

A short walk from Gindling Hilltop Camp takes you to Fulcrum’s picturesque high ropes course with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.  It features seven elements and a winding trail leading down the mountain to our sixty-foot climbing wall at Camp Hess Kramer.  The elements include a high balancing beam, leap of faith, high-wire walk and giant swing overlooking the coast.  They promote excellent opportunities for personal growth and challenge while also incorporating partnership tactics and strategies.
